Local Patrols in Ashwood Road - update.

Dear Resident,

Officers from your local Neighbourhood Policing Team on general patrol providing reassurance on Saturday evening, 8th November and were alerted to a parked vehicle through a  strong smell of cannabis, no occupants present. 

This vehicle was parked on Ashwood Road junction with Cherry Tree Lane near to where the old garages were. 

Subsequent checks showed the vehicle to be stolen from the Metropolitan Police area in October, the vehicle was recovered by us and one very happy owner was telephoned and updated with the good news.
